Each person will have a sheet with descriptions of the wines, and we will try to figure out the smells, flavors and varietals of the wines together. These tastings really help to overcome preconceived notions about wine and help the participants to understand and enjoy wine more fully. We will be using black Riedel glass ware so it?s impossible to even see the color of the wine that is being served.
