Instead of performing the Charles Dickens’ holiday classic for the umpteenth time, three actors decide to perform every Christmas story ever told in an irreverent look at holiday classics and traditions. Santa Claus, Rudolph, the Grinch, and just about every other seasonal character, make an appearance in this comedy that will have you laughing all the way to the New Year!

To audition:
Auditioners are asked to prepare a short (Less than 1 minute) monologue and be prepared to read cold from the script.

Auditioners should:
– Completed digital audition form (at this link), or through above button)
– Headshot, and resume if available and not already submitted via link above

Video Auditions:

Video should include a short monologue, and be uploaded with a headshot, and a resume (if available) when filling out the digital audition form linked above.

FHT seeks to include persons of every race, color, culture, age, gender, creed, physical disability, and sexual orientation. Character ages are not set in stone and all roles are open to all ethnicities unless otherwise stated. Actors should consider roles if they feel they can represent the characters and age range listed.

CASTING FOR:

Three Men. Various ages, any ethnicity. Great comedic timing and improvisational skills required. Actors will use their own names, but will play the following characters:

Man 1: is a traditionalist and a bit of a stick-in the mud, who really wants to do ‘A Christmas Carol’.

Man 2: is a wise acre, just looking to have a good time and maybe muck it up a bit.

Man 3: is a wide-eyed innocent who still really believes in Santa.

Every Christmas Story Ever Told (And Then Some!) is presented by arrangement with Playscripts.
