Box Office Information
HOURS: The Box Office is open Tuesday – Saturday, 10am to 5pm, and 1 hour prior to each performance.
Tickets can be purchased on our website, by phone at 480-837-9661 x3, or at our Box Office at 11445 N Saguaro Blvd.
Doors open for seating 30 minutes before a performance. Please inform the Box Office, when purchasing your tickets, of any special needs or accommodations.
Ticket Policies
• Tickets are non-refundable
• Tickets may only be exchanged for another performance of the same show.
• Season package holders only may exchange tickets to another show (restrictions apply)
• Any order fees are included in all advertised ticket prices
• Discounts and promotions cannot be combined and must be presented at the time of purchase
• Group sales must be completed 1 week prior to performance
• Tickets must be purchased in advance and cannot be reserved for purchase at the door.
• Reserved tickets must be paid for by 4:00pm 48 hours prior to the performance.
• Tickets not paid for by 4pm, 48 hours prior to showtime may be canceled without notice

The Noël Irick & Peter J. Hill Playhouses
(The “big theater,” formerly known as “The Mainstage”)

The Ross Collins Playhouse
(The “small theater,” formerly known as “The Mainstage Too! and “The Youth Theater”)

Season Flex Passes
Much like traditional Season Tickets, these packages allow you to reserve seats ahead of time, but offer the flexibility of using your tickets for whatever show(s) you choose.
6 – Ticket Full Season Flex Pass / $210.00 (Save $30) (Purchase by June 30 & Save an Additional 15%!)
The Full Season Flex Pass gives you 6 tickets for the 2026-2027 Season. Good for one ticket to each production in our Mainstage 2026-2027 Season, or use the 6 tickets flexibly amongst the shows (cannot be used for youth or summer productions).
4 – Ticket Mini Season Flex Pass / $140.00 (Save $20) (Purchase by June 30 & Save an Additional 15%!)
The Mini Season Flex Pass gives you 4 tickets for the 2026-2027 Season. Good for one ticket to 4 productions in our Mainstage 2026-2027 Season, or use the 4 tickets flexibly amongst all 6 2026-2027 Mainstage shows (cannot be used for youth or summer productions).
Season Package holders are entitled to exchange their tickets to a different show, rather than only another performance of the same show.
Group Discounts
Group rates begin at 10 or more tickets purchased to a single performance as a single sale. If a reservation drops below 10, tickets will return to full price. It is recommended that you make your reservations as far in advance as possible to ensure we can accommodate your group size, needs and any handicap accessibility. A final headcount must be made 2 weeks in advance of show date, and final payment must be made 1 week in advance. Group rates cannot be combined with other discounts. Please be sure you are aware of our ticket policies before purchasing.
Other Discounts and Promotional Offers
We sometimes offer discounts through many outlets including our email newsletters, social media, Goldstar, our workshop flyers, the FHUSD PTO card, the Fountain Hills Chamber of Commerce, and at select local businesses and organizations.
Discount for seniors 60+ available for Thursdays only
Retired military veterans may receive a 25% discount on up to two tickets per performance with code VETERAN.
Discounts and promotions cannot be combined and must be presented at the time of purchase. Discounts will not be adjusted after sale completion.
